Climate Jobs Board, an initiative of Climate Collective Foundation (CCF) is organising the 12th edition of the Climate Jobs Fair. The fair will bring together climate tech startups, students, early career professionals, universities, and ecosystem partners to enable hiring, networking, and career exploration within India's rapidly growing climate ecosystem.
The Climate Jobs Fair builds on Climate Collective Foundation's sustained efforts to strengthen India's climate talent ecosystem. To date, CCF has organised 11 editions of the Climate Jobs Fair, including 10 virtual and 1 in person edition, bringing together 120+ climate tech startups, connecting 800+ students and professionals, and facilitating 100+ job and internship opportunities.
Climate Jobs Board is India's first dedicated jobs platform for climate tech startups. The Climate Jobs Board serves as a year-round platform connecting climate tech employers with mission aligned talent, while the Climate Jobs Fair acts as its flagship outreach and talent engagement initiative, enabling startups and candidates to connect through curated hiring events, career exploration, and networking opportunities.
