Why Mosambi exists

Most events run on borrowed infrastructure; ticketing on platforms, updates on WhatsApp, guest lists on spreadsheets, and a website that doesn't talk to any of it. It gets harder the moment one event becomes a week: dozens of independently hosted sessions that are supposed to feel like one connected programme, run on tools that were never built to connect them.

Mosambi is built to do two jobs equally well: run a single event end-to-end and orchestrate an entire Climate Week.
